ID1000- Autism ID tags, Pair, Custom, Personalized, Laser engraved
As you know April is Autism Awareness month but I like to think every day is Autism awareness! Since this is near and dear to our hearts here at ATP Laser Creations. I have come up with a few items to help with the spread of awareness. Any questions please contact us.
If you have a loved one diagnosed with Autism, like me, aren't you worried that they might wander off? I have seen many times in the news and on Social Media of people wondering off. My oldest son has Autism and it scares me that if this ever happened how would he communicate to others who don't know his situation. I am offering this set of i Stainless Steel dog tag necklace and 2 shoe tags to place on the shoe laces. As you can see in the photos there will be information on both sides of the tags. Remember this these tags can be changed for different medical needs. Please contact us for any questions.

This listing is for a One Dog tag with silencer.
AND
2 shoe tags ( Anodized Aluminum). Information on both sides. The tags are 1.55" x .55" and .05" thick. They will be sealed with clear shrink tubing for added protection.
1 Dog tags w/chain and silencer. Note- chain can be cut down with scissors or side cutters. We make them longer than needed due to size of person.
ID Tags are engraved using a Fiber laser. Color will be as shown in the photos.

The more information that is wanted on the tag other than the design will come out a little smaller or wording removed due to spacing. We will always do our best to make it look great.

HOW TO ORDER:

Please note, the longer the name is, the smaller the letters will be.

POLICIY:
ALL communications will be handled with the Etsy messaging system. No phone calls or emails sent directly to us outside of the Etsy messaging system will be replied to and/or acknowledged.
SHIPPING:
Shipment will be made between 3 to 10 business (M-F) days after payment is cleared. Please note that there will be no shipping on holidays where the USPS is closed.
Once your ID Tags has been engraved, we will ship it to you via USPS. We will send you tracking info once it has shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you are sending as a gift please be sure you have entered the address of the recipient. All my postage is printed through Etsy with the address that you enter when you place your order. We will not be responsible if this info is incorrect.
If your order is returned as undeliverable, we can resend the item again after receiving the cost of shipping to resend the item.
CANCELLATIONS:
Once processing has started there are no refunds or exchanges as we cannot resell personalized items. I can not specify a certain time period in which you can cancel an order.
